To solve this problem, we have developed fourteen ‘centres of excellence’ – teams of experts focussed on a different technology area or discipline. Our programmes of continuous improvement mean our teams live and breathe the technology and are able to find solutions to some of the toughest challenges by calling upon the right product capabilities.

HOW IT WORKS

This will determine what business application platform will provide the greatest level of fit with ‘out of box’ functionality, and what areas of functionality within the platform can be used to meet the requirements.

With the plethora of capabilities offered by Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, often there can be a number of ways to meet the requirements – different options can have different implications on areas such as; licenses, long-term cost of ownership and benefits to both user and business. This is included within the analysis, allowing you to make an informed decision as to what platform and product areas you move forward with.

Discovery Workshops

Our lead consultant will work with you to; provide an overview of the capability of your chosen solutions, understand your current ‘as is’ business processes, ‘what’s working well (or not) within your current system and what the future business processes could look like.

Design & Document

Once you have agreed upon an option, our consultant continues to work with you to define your ‘to be’ processes and produces a detailed solution blueprint document.

Sign Off

Upon sign-off, we’ll then get to work on your chosen solution leveraging the relevant CoEs.
